The City of Joy is set to witness a unique cultural bridge as California-based singer, actress, and entrepreneur Poonam Suri arrives in Kolkata to record the soul-stirring soundtrack for the upcoming musical short, Parchaiyaan.

In a powerful cross-continental production, Suri will be lending her versatile vocals to a composition by the illustrious Abhishek Basu. A Dadasaheb Phalke Film Festival Awardee and Bharat Dignity Award winner, Basu is widely celebrated as a music director and Tabla maestro who seamlessly blends traditional Indian roots with contemporary sounds.

The song lyrics is penned down by Anasmita Ghosh, the sound is designed by Avik Ganguly and a magical flute solo will be played by Soumyajyoti Ghosh.
