Dr. Kaushik Sunny Dasgupta started his life in Kolkata but after completing studies had settled in Australia. Since 2000, he is the owner of a chain of fast-growing restaurants in Australia.
Kaushik also was a good cricket player, representing Bengal in youth.
He now owns Sutton Derby Cricket Club in South Australia, that competes in Grade A Cricket in Australia.
Kaushik is also a Certified Cricket Coach.
Kaushik is now visiting India to scout for local talents and he wishes to set up a Cricket Academy in outskirts of Kolkata, which will do Cricket Exchange Programs between Australia and India.
For his outstanding endeavours, Dr. Kaushik Sunny Dasgupta was awarded for ‘Socio-Cultural Motivator Excellence’ by International Media Guild.
He was awarded by IMG Founder Asish Basak and dignitaries like Prof. Dr. Parthasarathi Chakraborthy, human rights leader Timir Baran Roy Choudhury, Rotary Kasba legal advisor Advocate Basu Deo Agarwal and others.
