Kolkata, 8th May 2026: TATA Starbucks has launched its first Starbucks Reserve® store in Kolkata, marking another milestone in the brand’s premium coffee journey in India. The new store is also Starbucks’ first rooftop Reserve® location in the country, offering customers a more elevated and immersive coffeehouse experience.

Starbucks Reserve® is the brand’s most curated expression of coffee craftsmanship, featuring rare, small-lot coffees sourced from around the world and brewed using artisanal methods such as siphon, pour-over, and Chemex. With only a limited number of Reserve® stores globally, the format is designed to deliver a distinctive and experiential approach to coffee.The Kolkata store introduces a specially curated menu that blends global favourites with local inspirations. Highlights include the Kolkata Chicken Chaap Pizza, alongside Danish pastries, freshly baked breads, croissant sandwiches, sourdough toasts, and desserts including Key Lime Pie and Apple Pie. The beverage menu features Starbucks Reserve® signatures such as the Shakerato Bianco over Ice and Vanilla Bean Latte.Inspired by Kolkata’s rich artistic and cultural heritage, the store design incorporates warm wood finishes, bronze accents, layered textures, and geometric patterns influenced by Bengali art.
